"Local residents, led by the stout-hearted Newham councillor Alan Craig of the Christian Peoples Alliance, are trying to get Newham council to snap out of its supine indifference."

Custom House & West Beckton Team

Custom House and West Beckton seem to be the forgotten end of the borough. So, your CPA team is fighting hard to get your voice heard at Newham town hall.

Local people recognise CPA is making a difference - at local council elections in 2006, the CPA came a good second behind Labour.

The neighbourhood team for our area have lots of experience working in Custom House and West Beckton and want to serve the community. We are here to tackle the issues that affect you.

If you have an issue that you would like us to tackle then please contact us.

Newsletters are delivered on a regular basis to keep residents informed about how the CPA are tackling issues in your community and the things we are taking up with the Council.

The CPA team also conducts regular street surveys to identify particular problems that affect individual streets. We've been taking action on litter problems, cracked paving stones, broken lights, abandoned cars etc.
